Snippets
Often, we write small Python programs or part of programs (snippets)
during the lectures. Some of them are provided here.
Note that these are added after each lecture unedited. This means that
- they may not follow the best-practice standard that we recommend
to use (such as providing a documentation string for each file and function).
- the files may demonstrate different ways of achieving the same thing
- the code may demonstrate particularly bad ways of doing things — in
that case, this was discussed in the lecture.
- the code may not work at all
The files and snippets here are only provided to remind you of the
detailed code that was used while a particular topic or functionality
was discussed.
