SUBROUTINE QISETF(NUM,FLAG,OK) - Set logical flag to required value

Service routine which can be used to reset the default logical flags QICONT(NUM), NUM=1,2,...,21, set in QIINIT, to a required value FLAG. The logical flag OK is .TRUE. if NUM takes on any of its allowed integer values.
