SUBROUTINE LUHEPC(MCONV) - Convert JETSET event record back into HEPEVT common block

In this routine, the JETSET [2] event record contents are converted back to the HEPEVT common block, if the integer MCONV is set to 1.

The present routine is a modified [1] version of the JETSET [2] routine LUHEPC.
