SUBROUTINE HERLUND - Convert HERWIG event record to JETSET event record

In this routine, the HERWIG [1] event record in the HEPEVT common block is converted to the respective JETSET [2] common block.

HERLUND is a modified¹ copy from the JETSET [2] subroutine LUHEPC.
