Deadline for the submission of new proposals and major documents is generally 4 weeks before the meeting and the deadline for status reports is 2 weeks before the meeting. Please send the documents by Email to the scientific secretary  PRCSEC@mail.desy.de.   Please send a mail  in advance if you intend to submit a document.
