Detailed Description

Implements class SFMatrixOfHProf.

Changelog:

• 7.6.05 BL: First version (from SFMatrixOfHProf.C)
• 14.6.05 BL: Bug-fix in Fill() method!
• Changed Fill() method to apply also to non-exclusive binnings
• 23.8.05 BL: Use Float_FF for weight, x, and y in Fill()
