ROOT & Matplotlib Tutorial

This tutorial will cover the basics of ROOT and Matplotlib. The main part covers interactive browsing of ROOT files and basic PyROOT usage for tree inspection, histogram plotting and some details about graphs and fits. Second part of the tutorial will cover the basics of Matplotlib to show how it can be used instead of ROOT to create plots.
