The Workshop on neutrino physics is intended to give a brief overview of existing and 
planned projects in neutrino physics with emphasis on accelerator based projects.
Possibilities of a German participation will be discussed.  The aim would be to come 
to a common perspective in the near and far future if there is enough interest.
