A Monte Carlo Program for Final-State Photon Radiation

in Electron-Positron Annihilation


GNEJTS is an event generator for final state photons in hadronic Z decays based on matrix element calculations including order alpha_s corrections. The program performs a Monte Carlo integration of the cross section for e+e- -> gamma + X on the basis of a matrix element calculation to order(alpha_s) of e+e- -> q qbar gamma and e+e- -> q qbar gluon gamma by G. Kramer, B. Lampe, DESY 91-78 and Phys.Lett.B269 (1991) 401; see also G. Kramer, B. Lampe, Fortschr.Phys.37 (1989) 161; G. Kramer, H. Spiesberger, DESY 92-022. The program can also be used as event generator.
