D* analysis in HER, MER, LER (PHP)




Results and presentations:


Motivation:

1. Researching energy dependence of total cross-sections of D* with decay channel D*->D0s->K,π ,πs and checking it with theoretical calculations
2. Looking for any changes in kimematic distributions for different energies of proton beam
3. Correct reweighting and studying of its influence on other distributions

  • D* selection in PHP:
    No good SINISTRA electron with E>5 GeV and probability >0.9
    HER:130 < Wzufo < 285
    MER: 100<Wzufo<235
    LER : 85<Wzufo<205

 

  • D* selection:
    |η(D*,K,π ,πs)| <1.6
    1.9 GeV<Pt(D*)<20 GeV
    Pt(K,π) >0.4 GeV
    Pt(πs) >0.12 GeV
    Pt/Et >0.12GeV
  • 1,83 GeV< m( D0) <1.90 GeV

 

  • Trigger cuts:
    HFLO1 (charm hadrons in photoproduction)
    HFMO1 (D* meson selection)
