The Triple Point of Water
Water in a recipient starts to boil if exposed to a vacuum. At a certain pressure, the water suddenly freezes to ice. At this moment, 3 aggregation states (gaseous, liquid, solid) exist at the same time. The boiling temperature of liquids is pressure dependant.
