Grids in the RT-OPT scheme (released October 2015)

The grids were originally released in June 2015. In the present version of the grids (released October 2015), three minor issues have been fixed for the variable-flavour number scheme grids:

The new grids have subgrid structure with divisions on the heavy quark thresholds to reduce numerical hiccups.
The x-range was limited to x=0.99. The new grids extend to x=1. This was causing problems with certain drawing tools.
The grids were done with active 5 flavours. The new grids are done with 6 active flavours.

The old grids are accessible from here. The updated grids are given below.
