HERAPDF1.0 FIT
HERAPDF1.0 is described in this paper . The separate figures from this paper are given on this link.
HERAPDF1.0 PDFs with experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties at various Q2 [GeV2] values:
Note: *A blue line indicates the result if mc = 1.65 GeV is used as the charm mass
Summary plots of valence, total sea and gluon (experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties) at various Q2 [GeV2] values [also with y-axis in log scale]:
Variation on as(MZ) : as(MZ) = 0.1176 [HERAPDF1.0] , as(MZ) = 0.1156 and 0.1196.
Plots correspond to Q2 = 10 GeV2 (with experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties) for:
Variation of Heavy Quark Scheme : Standard Robert Thorne [HERAPDF1.0] to ACOT.
Plots correspond to Q2 = 10 GeV2 (with experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties) for:
Summary plots with the negative gluon variation NOT included. This variation of the HERAPDF1.0 is called HERAPDF1.a. In this case, the parametrisation variation in which the starting scale is lowered to Q02=1.5 GeV2 uses the standard parametrisation. Included are the experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties at various Q2 [GeV2] values [also with y-axis in log scale]:
Summary plots to facilitate comparison to H1PDF2009 [also change in scale]. In this case a variant of HERAPDF1.0 called HERAPDF1.b is used in which ONLY those model and parametrsiation variations are considered which are ALSO considered by H1PDF2009. This means that the variation with Q02=2.5 GeV2(and mc=1.6 GeV) is NOT considered nor is the variation with a negative gluon term at Q02=1.5 GeV2. In this case the parametrisation used at Q02=1.5 GeV2 is the standard one. Included are the experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties at various Q2 [GeV2] values [also with y-axis in log scale]:
Summary plots (valence, total sea and gluon) including experimental uncertainties comparing HERAPDF1.0 to HERAPDF0.1 at Q2 = 2 and Q2 = 10 GeV2.
Summary plots (valence, total sea and gluon) including experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties comparing HERAPDF1.0 to CTEQ66 at Q2 = 10 GeV2. Plots are at 68% and 90% CL. Also given are the 68% and 90% CL plots where the negative gluon variation is not included [HERAPDF1.a]; HERAPDF1.a is most appropriate for comparing to CTEQ66.
Summary plots (valence, total sea and gluon) including experimental and model and parameterization uncertainties comparing HERAPDF1.0 to MSTW08 at Q2 = 10 GeV2. Plots are at 68% and 90% CL. Also given are the 68% and 90% CL plots where the negative gluon variation is not included [HERAPDF1.a]; the standard fit with the negative gluon is most appropriate for comparisonto MSTW08.
