   Short description of the project the student should work on  :

Alignment of the Belle2 pixel and strip detectors and central vertex
drift chamber.

   Physics / Computing/ Engineering  Content of the project :

Tests of different alignment approaches using Belle2 Monte Carlo
and Belle experimental data. Study of influence of the obtained
alignment results on experimental physics distributions.

  Special Qualifications expected from the student ( Computing,...) :

Working knowledge of C++ and ROOT. Basic knowledge of
 python scripting.
