Hi, for sport shops I would go to the city centre
to Moenckebergstrasse/Spitalerstrasse, because
there are many shops there. In general
Moenckebergstrasse/Spitalerstrasse 
is the biggest shopping street in Hamburg.

You can also check the normal shoe stores there like Goertz,
probably they have also sport shoes.
