   Short description of the project the student should work on  :

   Integration of HEP ontology with INSPIRE:
   - development of GUI to search and browse for keywords
   - integrate search for INSPIRE-HEP articles by keyword
     including restrict/filter search results based on selection in Ontology

   Optimization of HEP ontology:
   - supplement relations and structure of keywords
   - cleanup of particles & relation to PDG and HEPData (Durham database)

   participation in big database project
   Shaping the future of HEP Information Infrastructure
   Programming a modern Web2.0 based interface with a state of the art 
      language (python)
   Develop user friendly, easy to use interface with underlying 
      complex data structure (Ontology)
   Learn how to retrieve relevant information from INSPIRE for own research
   understand relations between keywords, optain broad overview over all 
   fields related to HEP (hardware, astro- and nuclear physics, theory ...)
