   Short description of the project the student should work on  :

   The student will test a prototype readout board. General goal is to run the board and to have a brief characterisation of it at the end of the summer school.

   Physics / Computing/ Engineering  Content of the project :

   C++/Python programs will be written/modified by the student to readout signals via the board. Building a test set up for characterisation.

  Special Qualifications expected from the student ( Computing,...) :

  basic skills and interesst in programming (C++ and Python would be useful), interesst in engineering
