A (M. T.): For wires irradiated at gains from 5 x 10⁴ up to 10⁵ the current densities were nearly identical.

A (M. T.): We are not going to operate with this mixture. It was tested in order to check that:
1) Aging in Ar/CF₄/CH₄ appears only, when CH₄ is added to Ar/CF₄.
2) To test the consistency of the cathode (particularly its cleanliness).
