I am interested in particle physics at smallest possible distances and
highest possible energies. Currently, my research is focused on the
Compact Muon Solenoid Experiment (CMS) at the LHC collider. Our group
is working in particular on the development of silicon tracking detectors,
experimental techniques such as detector calibration and kinematic
event reconstruction as well as data analysis on top quark physics,
Higgs physics and searches for supersymmetry.
I also worked on QCD and new particle searches at the
HERA experiments H1 and ZEUS, on trigger development for the LHCb
experiment and on the FREJUS proton decay experiment.
