For deeply inelastic lepton nucleon scattering:

for the simulation of deeply inelastic scattering including
QED and QCD radiative effects.
EPGJETS, version 2. A program for the production of jets
in radiative deeply inelastic scattering.
WWGAMMA, version 1. A program for radiative charged current
current scattering with anomalous WWgamma couplings.
For electron positron annihilation:

study of electroweak radiative corrections at HERA.
- SMEAR, version 3.0. A program for
the detector simulation at future electron-positron
