Participants are responsible for arranging accommodation themselves.
A number of rooms have been reserved for participants in the DESY hostel and will be attributed on a first-come first-served basis. To reserve a DESY hostel room, please read the information and fill out the registration form on the DESY hostel webpage. Important: In the field "Additional Text" please enter "Participant Conference EDS 07". If you do not receive a confirmation of your reservation by email within four weeks, please contact the local organizing committee .
Here is a list of hotels in walking distance or with good public transport connection to the DESY site (courtesy of the DESY Theory Secretaries).
