The International Conference on Elastic and Diffractive Scattering (Blois Workshops) takes place every second year since 1985, with previous meetings held in Blois, Helsinki, Prague, Protvino, Seoul, Blois, Providence, Elba, Evanston, New York and Blois. In 2007 it will take place at DESY. Topics to be covered are

• results from HERA
• forward physics at the Tevatron and the LHC
• results from RHIC
• opportunities at future colliders
• cosmic rays and astroparticle physics
• theoretical developments in high-energy QCD
