Research

I am interested in physics beyond the Standard Model and in the interplay between high energy physics and cosmology. In particular I have been working on

Baryogenesis via Leptogenesis
Inflation model building and testing
Supersymmetric Dark Matter
Extra Dimensions and Orbifold GUTS

I am leader of the Helmholtz Association Young Investigators Group "Particle Physics and Cosmology: Beyond the two Standard Models" VH-NG-006 and member of the collaborative research centre SFB 676 on "Particles, strings and the early universe: the structure of matter and spacetime".
