If you are not yet subscribed to LitProg, but you are interested, send a MAIL message to `LISTSERV@SHSU.BITNET, or listserv@shsu.edu, or LitProg-Request@shsu.edu' stating in the text of the MAIL: `SUBSCRIBE LITPROG your name in quotes'. The list itself is unmoderated: messages sent to `litprog@shsu.edu' are automatically distributed to all subscribers.
