Hera Coordination Meeting Dec 08, 1999

The requests and decisions taken in the meeting are summarized as follows:

Februar '00 mini shutdown
-------------------------

HERA-B requested to shift the Februar mini shutdown by two weeks (to 21.2.).
The decision has been postponed.

e+/e- running in '00
--------------------

There was a brief discussion of the arguments. The question will be decided
on the 20.12.99 in a meeting of the spokespersons and the directorate.

Extention of '00 running
------------------------

ZEUS requested to delay the shutdown by one month (problems with MVD 
electonics). 
The HERA-B milestones and a possible delay of the shutdown will be discussed
on 19.01.00 in a meeting of the spokespersons and the directorate.


Next meeting
------------

The next coordination meeting is foreseen for end of January.
