Short summary:
--------------

1) e- or e+ running

   HERA will restart now with positrons. The situation will be evaluated again
   at the end of the year.
   
   
2) HERMES requests granted:

   - 10 fills (3 days) run with Krypton (end of September, 4h beam lifetime,
     some vacuum (safety) issues have to be reviewed)
   - installation of small target cell in August 
   - 3-4 weeks unpolarized target run (early '00)
   - monthly flip of spin rotator polarity (mini shutdowns)                        


3) HERA restart

   Start up with beam will be on the 18th of June. The July mini shutdown will
   stay in the period 5.7.99 - 7.7.99 (22:00h).

   End of September
