Short summary:

1) e- or e+ running

   This question will be reviewed again on the next coordination 
   meeting. The machine group likes to get more definite opinions
   from the experiments at the beginning of the May shutdown.
   
   
2) HERMES target cell

   HERMES will think again about a small target cell and may ask to
   extend the April maintenance day to 36h.
