Short summary:
--------------

1) e- or e+ running

   HERA will resume e- operation after the Xmas shutdown.
   Until the next HERA coordination meeting the experiments should
   make up their minds.
   
   
2) HERA-B mini shutdowns

   For HERA-B installation 5 mini shutdowns of 72h are foreseen 
   (July - November '99).     

                       
3) Luminosity upgrade shutdown

   The luminosity upgrade shutdown will start on May 1st, 2000.
