Two-Photon interactions at High Energies -- Present and Future ============================================================== Albert de Roeck (DESY & CERN) Abstract -------- Recent data on two photon interactions collected at LEP is reviewed. The structure of the photon is studied with deep inelastic e-gamma scattering and with jet production in gamma-gamma collisions. The total gamma-gamma cross sections have been studied at high energies. Double tag two photon events allow tests of QCD dynamics at small-$x$. Next future physics two photon collisions at a gamma-gamma collider is discussed, with particular emphasis on Higgs production and the two photon decay width of the Higgs.
