Grundregeln zum Virenschutz >top

 Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Ihr Rechner einen aktivierten Virenscanner mit aktuellen Signaturen hat
 
Aktivierung
Wenn der Virenscanner  nicht aktiv ist, erscheint das Symbol shield-disabledsi unten rechts am Bildschirm.
Aktivieren mit: Rechter Maus-Click auf shield-disabledsi ->  linker Maus-Click auf "Enable On-Access Scan": shield-disabledsi ->shield-enabled

Signatur
Rechter Maus-Click auf shield-enabled (unten rechts am Bildschirm) -> linker Maus-Click auf "About VirusScan ..."
hinter "Virus Definition" steht die 4-stellige Signatur

Manueller Update
Rechter Maus-Click auf shield-enabled (unten rechts am Bildschirm) -> linker Maus-Click auf "Update Now" Mehr Information: http://www-it.desy.de/support/intranet/services/software/virus_scanner/index.html.de
Öffnen Sie NIE ein Attachment, das Sie nicht erwartet haben

Wenn Ihr Rechner einen Virus hat, wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Windows-Administrator

Make sure that your computer has an activated Virusscanner with up-to-date signatures
 
Activation
If the Virusscanner is not active, the icon shield-disabledsi appears at bottom right on the monitor.
Activate by: right mouse-click on shield-enabled ->  left mouse-click on "Enable On-Access Scan":  shield-disabledsi -> shield-enabled

Signature
Right mouse-click on shield-enabled (bottom right on the monitor) -> left mouse-click on "About VirusScan ..."
behind "Virus Definition" you will find the 4-digits signature

Manual update
Right mouse-click on shield-icon (bottom right on the monitor) -> left mouse-click on "Update Now"

Wenn der Virus vom zentralen Virenscanner nicht erkannt wird, werden alle Windows-Nutzer per e-mail informiert.   If the virus is not detected by the central e-mail Virusscanner all Windows-users are informed per e-mail.

Da Viren häufig Absender-Adressen fälschen, werden u.U. von fremden infizierten Rechnern e-mails mit Ihrer Adresse verschickt. Scanner, die die Viren finden, senden dann u.U. entsprechende e-mails an Sie, obgleich Sie die Viren gar nicht verschickt haben.

As viruses are frequently faking sender-addresses, it may happen, that e-mails with your address are transmitted by other infected hosts. Scanner finding the viruses may then send corresponding e-mails to you, although you never have sent  the viruses.
