Participants are encouraged to submit paper(s) related to their contributions
to the workshop. Only electronic papers (postscript and PDF files, in A4
format) will be accepted. The papers should be written using the usual particle accelerator
conference (PAC) templates and should not exceed 8 pages. The standard templates are
available from this site.
The submitted papers will be gathered in a DESY report, which you have to order if you prefer
a printed copy. A CD will be sent out to all participants.

Despite there is no poster session during the Workshop, poster panels
(A0 format l x h=110 x 90 cm^2) are available for participants wishing
to present work relevant to the Workshop.
Attendees wishing to present a poster are asked to send an e-mail to
Christel Oevermann.
before January 1st, 2001 with the title and a short abstract of the poster
contribution.
